Development of PeduliLindungi Application Features Using Design Thinking

The PeduliLindungi app has supported the government in controlling spread of COVID-19. purpose this research is to explore new user needs and create design prototypes for latest features application. Design thinking used know empathizing, define, ideate, prototype. Figma Tools was chosen develop a prototype that visualizes results are information about pain points from application users, problem statements, solving ideas, interface Based on points, developed covid-19 event advertisements, Online Registration, Night Mode, Covid-19 educational videos, Tourist Visits, Vaccine History. evaluation using Single Easy Question (SEQ), it found advertising, registration, night mode, vaccine history worth 7, meaning level use basic use. visits videos 5.75, which means improvements need be made by taking into account notes respondents during testing process.
